A free postal lending library of Touch to See books for adults and children with sight loss. Special versions of pictures with raised surfaces come to life when fingers feel them. Soundtracks direct the fingers, telling the stories of the pictures and describing their features. Colour versions are included which can be shared with sighted friends and family. The Library Catalogue is extensive and covers fun, exciting and informative topics designed for all ages. You can view the catalogue on the website or phone and ask for a copy to be sent.

Residential performing arts centre for young disabled people. Offer one to three-year apprenticeships in performing arts and life skills as well as a number of short courses in all aspects of performing arts. Aims to develop young disabled people confidence and independence through their skills in performing arts.

Paintings in Hospitals is a registered charity that lends original works of art to hospitals, hospices and other healthcare facilities throughout the UK. Our aim is to reduce sickness, anxiety and stress for patients, healthcare staff and the general public. Provides advice on modifications to camera equipment, loan of equipment, technical support, holds competitions and publishes a quarterly magazine which is also available in an audio version.

Aims to enable blind and partially sighted people to experience live theatre through developing the art of audio description. Provides an audio description service, which is a live verbal commentary that describes the stage, set, characters, costumes, facial expression, body language and action during silent intervals in a piece of theatre.
