DLF's summary:
Battery powered, rear wheel drive, four-wheeled scooter for outdoor use, with adjustable length chassis. Able to negotiate kerbs at an angle. Rear wheels are larger in diameter than front; all have pneumatic tyres. Height adjustable swivel seat and backrest, slides forwards and backwards. Angle of backrest can be adjusted. Fold up armrests. Automatic brakes, and emergency brake. Motor disengages for free wheeling. Tiller steering with handlebars and control panel at the top with key ignition; squeeze lever accelerator on both sides (for use by either hand), switches for indicators and hazard lights, forward/reverse, slow speed, horn and lights, dial speed limiter. Two maintenance free batteries and charging point positioned on steering column. Dismantles.
