Manufacturer's product description

The new generation Cross wheelchair with the optimum prerequisites for delivering comfort and excellent manoeuvrability. Etac Cross 5 - a wheelchair with multiple options. The Cross 5 wheelchair combines maximum comfort with optimum functionality. The chassis' unique stability means that the Cross 5 responds rapidly when pushing off and in bends. Both backrest and wheelchair seat are adjustable in height, angle and shape and combined with footrests that can be set in height, depth and angle, this produces the stability that is the prerequisite for mobility. The entirely new wheelchair side frame also offers numerous improved functions toward better sitting positions and manoeuvrability. Thanks to the enormous range of variation options there is a Cross 5 for everyone: short and long - narrow and wide. If needs change, the Cross 5 can be simply reset or supplemented with products from our wide range of accessories.
Simple Break Settings - for easy adjustability, brake settings are carried out on the outside.
Higher user weight - the cross brace is reinforced, making it suitable for users weighing up to 135 kg.
Multiple wheel positions - the rear wheels can be fitted in four different positions in each hole. This provides vastly improved conditions for setting the rear seat height and the centre of gravity position.
Extra low seat height - fitting a 20" rear wheel in the upper row, gives a seat height of 34 cm.
Easy Lille Viking mountings - attachment points for mounting are built into the side frame.

Anti-tips that can handle all seat heights - these are telescopic and foldable and can be set for seat heights between 34 and 50 cm.

The Cross 5 is available in a range of colours.
